This section contains some snapshots of ARMADA together with some short descritpions.

The main window of ARMADA: all program's functionalities are easily accessible from here and basic data exploration is possible. The history box displays basic information data on the analysis steps that can be used for short report generation. The researcher can easily cycle through different arrays and analyses performed in each project through the Arrays and Analysis Objetcs lists as well as monitor all analysis steps through the project explorer in tree view.


Several types of array spatial exploration images for several kinds of quantitation data are available.


Several preferences windows make parameter setting procedures easy while offering at the same time default values for most of the program's functionalitites.


ARMADA supports several exploration and quality control image types. Most graphs are interactive and data can be selected and exported directly from the graphs.


Hierarchical, k-means and fuzzy c-means clustering algorithms are supported while the optimal number of clusters can be estimated using the Gap statistic. Principal component analysis is also supported.
