In this section, you can download ARMADA as MATLAB routines or as a compiled stand alone application with an installer which includes the MATLAB Component Runtime 7.6 required for running. You can also download some example datasets. In order to run ARMADA under MATLAB, you will need MATLAB 7.4 (R2007a) or higher installed on your machine. It is possible to run also under MATLAB 7.3 (R2006a) but full compatibility has not been tested. In order to use ARMADA as a stand alone application, you will need the MATLAB Component Runtime (MCR) which is included with the stand alone application installer. In order to use ARMADA under MATLAB, you should extract all the files in the archive in a folder of your choice and add this folder (including subfolders) in MATLAB's path. In order to use ARMADA as a stand alone application, you should download the installer below and follow the instructions. Make sure that the MCR is installed (it is installed by default during the setup procedure).
From this page you can also download sample datasets to use with ARMADA. More details on the datasets (source, public repository accession numbers or related publications) are included inside the compressed archives that contain the datasets.
